: New construction of recreation & aquatic facility that includes a singlestory fitness center with an approximate area of 65,000 square feet and contains two (2) basketball courts, a competition pool, recreational pool, turf area, child watch, locker rooms, café, and several storage rooms. The building also contains a second floor of approximately 30,000 square feet which has an indoor running track, weights, fitness machines, spectator seating for the competition pool area, and two multipurpose rooms that will be used for fitness classes. This bid package will include multiple prime contracts: 3A Foundations, 3B Concrete Flatwork, 4A Masonry, 5A Steel & Precast, 6A General Construction, 7A Roofing, 8A Glass & Glazing, 9A Framing/Drywall/Paint, 9B Ceilings, 9C Athletic Flooring, 9D Tiling, 13A Pools, 14A Elevator, 21A Fire Suppression, 22A Mechanical, 26A Electrical and 31B Rammed Aggregate Piers. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated sub bids will not be accepted.
