Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Muscatine Municipal Housing Agency (MMHA) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms with a documented track record of providing the required services, preferably for public housing authorities or similar agencies, to conduct a physical needs assessment and energy audit of MMHA public housing properties as a foundation of the agency’s strategic planning processes. Specifically, MMHA seeks to identify the capital needs of the MMHA public housing portfolio, inform expenditure prioritization under the HUD Capital Fund Program, identify opportunities for energy conservation, and prepare for any funding opportunities or federal mandates that may require the comprehensiveness of data that shall be derived from a complete evaluation.
