2.1 Contractor shall provide and deliver carbon dioxide to City pools on an as-needed basis. Tanks shall be filled a minimum of one (1) time weekly depending on seasonal needs with the option of filling more if needed. 2.2 Pricing shall include gas fills only and rental of tanks. Contractor shall provide tanks, tank rental and any service fees applicable for a 6-month rental. Rental season historically is April 15 – September 1 each year. Contractor may remove tanks each season for storage or leave on-site in off season. Bender Pool operates year round and will require continuous service throughout the year. 2.3 City owned equipment includes all exterior fill boxes currently installed as well as controls, gauges and piping.
