Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.3.1 Pick 2.3.1.1 All workers will pick seating areas to remove trash 2.3.1.2 Post-it notes will be used to mark spills of liquids 2.3.1.3 All open containers of liquid are to be placed in aisles 2.3.1.4 Large piles of peanut shells should be broom-swept and not vacuumed 2.3.1.5 Seats will be checked for programs and programs will be placed in trash bags 2.3.1.6 If a changeover is required, portable bleachers need to be cleaned first 2.3.1.7 Bagged trash should be tied securely and put in the large compactor located on the east exterior of the building 2.3.1.8 No trash bags should be carried across basketball floor for any reason 2.3.2 Vacuum 2.3.2.1 Four (4) people max 2.3.2.2 Check to see if production needs certain areas vacuumed first 2.3.2.3 Donor risers are to be vacuumed 2.3.2.4 Vacuum personnel should be split between all bleachers, when done with the area they should assist others 2.3.2.5 All vacuums should be returned with 100’ cord to Hilton shop 2.3.2.6 Any non-working vacuums should be labeled as such and a supervisor should be informed 2.3.3 Liquids 2.3.3.1 Two (2) people for parquet and two (2) for balcony to dump liquids into five (5) gallon buckets 2.3.3.2 Carry trash bag for the containers once the liquid is dumped 2.3.3.3 Liquid bucket should be emptied into appropriate sink, sink and bucket shall be rinsed out so that no debris is remaining in sink or bucket 2.3.4 Spot Mop 2.3.4.1 Rest of crew to spot mop areas marked with post-it notes 2.3.4.2 Look for areas not marked that need mopped and mop those areas 2.3.4.3 All mopping equipment should be returned to the appropriate closet and dirty mop heads to the correct area 2.3.5 All Crew Sweep 2.3.5.1 Start at top and work in one (1) row in circumference of building if applicable 2.3.5.2 Sweep debris down one level at each stairway 2.3.5.3 Each sweep person will be staggered behind and down one row from the person in front of them 2.3.5.4 When all bleacher areas are swept, use kitchen brooms to sweep stairwells to lowest level of balcony or parquet 2.3.5.5 Use handled dust pans to pick up piles (start when half stairwells are finished) 2 people 2.3.5.6 Two (2) people can start sweeping vomitoriums when they complete their row 2.3.5.7 All brooms and dustpans should be returned to the appropriate closet
