University of Iowa Health Care is transitioning to Power BI to integrate with other Microsoft tools, enhance collaboration and productivity. The successful Supplier will work in partnership with the University and will be expected to fulfill the following scope of services, including but not limited to the following: Supplier shall provide dedicated consultants with Power BI expertise who will be responsible for: 1. Establish data flows and build semantic models. 2. Rebuild Tableau visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring they meet defined requirements. 3. Simplify calculations and assist with restructure data models to enhance performance and usability. 4. Testing and Validation: Validate the accuracy of migrated data and visualizations. Conduct testing sessions with end-users to ensure the new reports meet their needs. 5. Publish the new Power BI reports and dashboards to the appropriate workspaces. 6. Provide training sessions for users to facilitate the transition and offer ongoing support. 7. Gather Feedback: Collect user feedback to continuously improve the reports and dashboards. The University is currently expecting to need four (4) consultants to provide these services.
