Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and dispose of the existing siding on Prairie Oak lodge and replace it with a pre-finished “maintenance-free” siding, “Hardi-plank”. All trim will be a pre-finished PVC product. Also, the final 36 windows of the main body of the lodge will be replaced with non-operable windows since we now have air conditioning in the lodge. The contractor is also responsible for the interior trim for all the new windows. From past experience on replacing other windows in the lodge, Anderson Windows seem to need the least amount of interior trim work. The contractor will be required to obtain a building permit from the Linn County Planning & Zoning Department There will be NO COST for this permit.
