Specifications include, but are not limited to:The following pump systems shall be installed within the new facility wash bays except for the single unit that will be mobile cart mounted. All electrical and plumbing installation for the pumping equipment will be facilitated according to current contracts with the new Public Service facility. This Bid will only encompass the pump units and ST75 Suttner foaming dual lance injector systems. A. 6 - Alkota Pumps Model: 420S-3-230 or equal. Note: Equal brands must be submitted with complete pump specifications. 6 - ST75 Suttner foaming dual lance injector systems 1. Each of the 6 wash pump units must be mounted on the west wall of the wash bay on stainless steel stands measuring a minimum of 28” wide 48” in length and 42” high. 2. The pumps shall have the minimum following specifications: high temp 310 cat pump, 4gpm @2000 psi, belt driven, 5HP high efficiency motor with thermal overload, the motor electrical requirements must be capable of operating on a 230-volt 3 phase with a 30-amp service. 3. Each pump system shall incorporate an ST-75 Suttner foaming dual lance injection system that will draw detergent solution from a tank. Two pump systems will pull detergent from one of three detergent tanks. 4. Each of the pump systems will be supplied either hot or cold water from its own designated AO Smith CAHP-120 tankless water heater which is supplied under a current facility contract. 5. The pump systems shall be capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 180° for extended periods of time. 6. Each of the pumps shall be controlled by a remote panel for power on and off and temperature control hot and cold. The remote panel will have an auto shut-down timer feature also. Each control panel will also control a ST75 Suttner foaming dual lance injector system. 7. Connection from the tankless water heater systems to the pump systems shall be made from ¾” NPT connections for both inlet and outlets. B. 1- Alkota Pump Model: 5301S -1-230 or equal 1. This pump shall be a mobile cart mounted unit. 2. The cart shall be sturdy and sized adequately for the pump system. The cart must be equipped with pneumatic wheels for easy mobility. 3. The cart shall possess a control panel for on/off operation. A hose reel shall also be included large enough to hold 100’ of high-pressure hose 4. The mobile pump shall have the minimum following specifications: 5gpm @3000psi, belt driven, 8HP high efficiency motor with thermal overload. The motor electrical requirements must be capable of operating on a 230-volt 1 phase 50-amp service
