Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The structures for sale at 925 Laurel Street are a two-story single family home built in 1905 of approximately 1844 square feet and a 20’ by 32’ detached garage built in 1972. • The structures are being offered “as is” and without warranty of any kind. The successful bidder will be responsible for complying with all applicable state and local building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical codes and ensure the relocation site is properly zoned. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for any hazardous materials mitigation that may be necessary. • The structure shall be relocated in its entirety. Proposals for less than the entire structure will not be accepted by the City of Waukee.
