Project: RIA34609 Fire Sprinkler 2nd Floor
This project is for adding an automatic sprinkler system to approximately 18k + sf of the 2nd floor. Plus, correct sprinkler system deficiencies in the in the basement and first floor of the Iowa City Federal building to make it fully sprinklered with respect to
current NFPA 13 and GSA P100.
NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to HUBZone Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under Women-Owned Small Business Program contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 Small Business (SB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction Services, for the geographical area of Iowa.
