Remove and replace two (2) office windows and Remove and replace two (2) breakroom windows and casing. Contractor to confirm measurements. INSTALLATION A. Install window unit assemblies in accordance with manufacturers instructions and applicable building codes. B. Attach window frame and shims to perimeter opening to accommodate construction tolerances and other irregularities as necessary. C. Align window plumb and level, free of warp or twist, and maintain dimensional tolerances and alignment with adjacent work. D. Set sill members and sill flashing in continuous bead of sealant. E. Provide thermal isolation where components penetrate or disrupt building insulation. Pack fibrous insulation in shim spaces at perimeter of assembly to maintain continuity of thermal barrier. F. Install operating hardware.
