Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide rental laundry equipment, consisting of domestic washers and dryers as noted below and in Attachment A for Frederiksen Court Apartments. The Contractor will utilize equipment that will meet specifications published by the U.S. Public Health Service and the National Sanitation Foundation and agree to keep the equipment sanitary throughout. Contractor will indicate the make, model and year of manufacture of the equipment being provided in their Proposal. Include complete literature and specifications on models being proposed. Specifications should include the capacity of the washers and dryers and dimensions. Equipment must have a manufacturer's date of 2023 or later and must be NEW unused equipment. Units to be furnished should be full size stack washer and dryers and at least one set of handicap units for each building. A set consists of a washer and dryer. The rental fee for each set will include the cost of parts and labor to maintain the equipment in good working condition.
