Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Court Café site is equipped with all necessary utilities needed for the food service operation (the site does not contain built-in fryer, grill, or overhead exhaust systems and these are not currently part of the budget). The supplier will be provided one telephone line and one data line and will be billed monthly for all telephone and internet expenses. Water and electricity will be provided by the University as well as pest and insect control The supplier will be provided access to University Waste Management Services. The Supplier is responsible to remove all recycling, garbage, and refuse from the Court Café area on a daily basis and placing it in the designated waste disposal location provided by the University. The University will designate a specific route to take waste containers from the Court Café food service area to the BLB disposal area. The University will provide any facility work that is needed, as the result of a repair or mutually agreed upon modification. The University reserves the right to deny facility work for any damages or repairs from mis-use.
