Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Interior Demolition: Parking Ramp walkway o Interior demolition involves removing components that do not affect rated assemblies or loadbearing walls, we’re focusing on the wall within the parking ramp walkway (Drywall and Glass). o Remove carpet and any adhesives leaving a clean smooth concrete floor o Leave knee wall in-place with finished top to separate vehicle and pedestrian traffic. o Remove all HVAC components and wiring (i.e. electric baseboard heat and hanging AC units with duct work). Also, remove condensate drain line back to the stair well and cap off where it ties into vertical drain line. o Ensure safety during demolition by following proper procedures and using appropriate protective gear. 2. Electrical Conduit Detachment and Reattachment: o Disconnect power: Before demolition, turn off the power supply to the electrical conduit. o Remove conduit: Carefully remove the electrical conduit from the wall. Label each conduit for identification. o Reattach conduit: ▪ After demolition, assess the condition of the conduit. ▪ If undamaged, reattach it to the new wall. ▪ If damaged, replace with new conduit. ▪ Ensure proper grounding and secure attachment. o Remove and reattach all cameras 3. Lighting Fixtures: o Disconnect power: Turn off the power supply to the lighting fixtures. o Remove fixtures: ▪ Remove light fixtures from the wall. ▪ Label each fixture for identification. o Reattach fixtures: ▪ After demolition, assess the condition of the fixtures. ▪ If reusable, reinstall them. ▪ If damaged, replace with new fixtures. ▪ Ensure proper wiring and alignment. 4. Fire Alarm System: o Remove and reattach all fire alarm strobes smoke detectors and leave all pull stations 5. Parking Ramp Hotel Sky Bridge o Remove and replace carpet with LVT flooring o Remove and replace Ramp side double fire rated door with fire rated doors.
