Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● provide consultation to DNR staff for project scope development ● provide quality assurance to findings report submitted to the DNR ● provide consultation for the development of minimization, mitigation, and avoidance plans with DNR staff and project coordinators ● conduct historic architecture resource surveys when existing contractors are unavailable ● provide resources to DNR Legal Services regarding architectural historian requirements in relation to project compliance ● provide guidance and direction, as requested, related to the Tier 1 authority of the PA (Attachment A) for architectural historian review to DNR staff ● provide onsite in the field consultation for unanticipated finds at project locations
