Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The DNR intends to enter into a sole source contract with Quality Consulting Inc for providing MS Dynamics and eOne Software Smartlist Builider updates, service packs updates, customizations, custom reports, outages and disruptions, and all support to the DNR. Quality Consulting Inc. has been providing this service for over 12 years and has develop a deep knowledge base for DNR platforms, operations, and needs. Quality Consulting Inc. has been instrumental in developing customizations to meet the DNR's needs. Quality Consulting Inc. is locally located to the DNR Central Office in the Wallace Building and is able to provide immediate support when issues or needs arise. In 2017, the DNR tested for competition by releasing an RFQ and publicly posting it. The DNR received one other quote from a company located in Illinois at over three-times the cost of Quality Consulting Inc. The most recent Contract ran from 2021 to 2024. The DNR spent $16,987.50 during that the contract term. Quality Consulting Inc. has not increased its pricing over the previous Contract and proposes to continue the same pricing structure.
