The extent of work on this project includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvement generally described as follows: South K Street improvements includes cement treated subgrade preparation with asphalt pavement from the southern City limits to approximately 350 feet south of West 2 nd Ave and subgrade/subbase preparation with PCC pavement from approximately 350 feet south of West 2nd Ave to the West 2nd Ave intersection and including a right turn lane on West 2nd Ave. Additional construction includes clearing and grubbing, pavement removals, class 10 excavation, storm sewer, water main, sidewalk, pavement markings, traffic control, signing, erosion control, and surface restoration.
