1. Construction of a cast‐in‐place concrete sanitary sewer lift station, including submersible pumps, trash basket, and process piping; 2. Construction of a precast concrete valve vault and flow metering structure; 3. Construction of a masonry lift station building and associated electrical and mechanical components, including associated site work and concrete paving; 4. Installation of a standby generator and associated electrical controls; 5. Installation of approximately 140 linear feet of new 24” diameter gravity sewer and related appurtenances; 6. Installation of approximately 60 linear feet of new 12” diameter force main and related appurtenances; 7. Connection of two existing lift stations to Spencer Creek Lift Station; 8. Construction of a crushed stone access road from Wells Ferry Road to the lift station; and 9. All other work as required by the contract documents.
