Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Conduct a kickoff meeting with the owner and identified partners. • Review existing reports and surveys from previous projects at the site. • Conduct site visit(s) to develop a thorough understanding of existing conditions of the foundation, the spring, and the site. • Solicit input from owner and identified partners. • Demolish, remove, and dispose of the foundation currently enclosing the spring. o Foundation consists of walls of poured concrete, approximately 20’x30’, 5’ in height and ~18” thick. • Conduct site work and other mitigation activities to restore the spring to its natural state. o Respondents should provide a proposed scope of work for the spring restoration. o Specific aspects of the spring restoration may be informed by consultation with tribal stakeholders. • Produce a report that includes information on the flora and fauna present at the site. o As this information is seasonal in nature, observations at various times of year may be required. • Conduct regular project update meetings with the owner and identified partners, either on-site or virtually. Number and frequency of meetings is negotiable. • Present information and findings to the owner and identified partners.
