Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliver and install approximately 484 new fixed padded and upholstered chairs as specified, floor mounted, with self-lifting seat that rises to a uniform 3/4-safety fold position per plans on main floor. Remove and reinstall approximately 372 chairs from existing auditorium to balcony of new auditorium. Remove any existing tablet arms and provide new end panels with aisle lights per plan. Provide other parts as needed. D. Samples for verification & finish selection to include: 1. Initial finish selections to be made from manufacturer’s standard color and fabric guides. 2. Final powder coat selection to be approved from manufacturers standard-sized samples not less than 1” x 3”. 3. Final plastic color selection to be approved from manufacturers standard-sized samples not less than 2” x 3”. 4. Final wood finish selection to be approved from manufacturers standard-sized samples not less than 4” x 3”.
