Price for all associated costs to be included in quote. Remove lower radiator plugs and replace with new ball valves and plugs. Remove upper radiator plugs and clean/replace. Visual inspection of OLTC Repair known leaks and check for any additional leaks Radiator flanges (were drilled and injected by Colt Industries; are now leaking again) Oil circulation pump flanges (were drilled and injected by Colt Industries; are now leaking again) LTC compartment welds Etc. Provide a cost and receive approval from Substation Foreman on any found additional leaks before repair. Repack all radiator and oil pump valve shafts Pull vacuum on the main tank Fill the transformer Circulate minimum of two (2) passes after filling Provide and introduce inhibitor in the oil to reach the desired level of 0.30% by weight - oil in transformer is currently uninhibited Post test the transformer Power factor bushings Power factor windings TTR on all OLTC positions (as found on the NLTC) SFRA Clean site and demobilize Formal report to follow within 14 days of demobilization
