Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for the purchase and installation of two (2) HVAC units at Jones Lodge, 2901 Fruitland Boulevard SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. 2.0 Specifications 2.1 The unit sizes are: (1) 1.5 tonne and (1) 3.5 tonne 2.1.1 Current units utilize 208-230/60hz/1 phase power supply 2.1.2 Both units have an ECM motor and end discharge 2.2 The work is to include: 2.2.1 Contractor shall remove all obstacles 2.2.2 Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of old units per EPA standards 2.2.3 Contractor shall install and perform a factory start-up of new units 2.2.4 Contractor shall replace previously removed obstacles 2.2.5 Contractor shall turn-over all related operating manuals 2.2.6 Sheetmetal adaptation in the field as required to match new system to old ducting 2.2.7 Electrical modifications as required
