Contractor shall provide an annual inspection and preventive maintenance check for each lift during the month of November. The preventive maintenance check shall comply with SEFAC’s recommended yearly inspection standards and inspection points. All key lift components will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. A written OEM inspection report will be provided to the City’s Project Manager. The lifting screw lube pots shall be replaced as needed on all twenty (20) Units during the annual inspection and preventive maintenance check. Contractor shall furnish all labor, miscellaneous parts, services, equipment, tools and transportation required to complete each preventive maintenance service. Contractor must have access to and use genuine SEFAC replacement parts. All oil, grease, lubricants and cleaners shall be provided by the Contractor and included in the firm fixed per inspection price. Contractor shall respond to requests for corrective maintenance in 48 hours.
