Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the W. 3rd Street & 4th Street Traffic Signal Upgrades (Telegraph Road to Fillmore Street). This project is located along W 3rd Street and W 4th Street, from Telegraph Road to Fillmore Street. There is a separate contract for HMA resurfacing with includes some complete pavement reconstruction. In these areas of reconstruction, traffic signal conduit will be installed during the reconstruction for future use so that the streets will not need to be disturbed for future traffic signal work. Also, old, obsolete traffic signal controllers and cabinets will be replaced at 6 intersections to improve traffic signal coordination in the downtown area.
