The ICN is seeking bid proposals for transport services from Vendors capable of providing the following two transport connections: • Vendor capable of providing wavelength services between Coresite DE1, 910 15th Street, Denver, CO and the internet exchange within 1623 Farnam data center in Omaha, NE. o ICN seeks pricing for 4 x 10Gb or 2 x 25Gb or 1 x 40Gb or 1 x 100Gb wavelengths between 1623 Farman to Coresite DE1. o ICN will be obtaining collocation space within 1623 Farnam and will be ordering the cross connect between the Farnam internet exchange and the ICN equipment. o All Colorado endpoints shall be within the meet me room within the Coresite DE1 data center, NO EXCEPTIONS will be considered. • Dark fiber (2 Fibers) or the capability for a 100Gb wavelength between an ICN splice point near Iowa Western Community College, Council Bluffs, IA and the internet exchange within 1623 Farnam. Splice point options are listed below and identified within Exhibit A – Council Bluffs Connection Point Map. a. ICN Splice LS1G handhole on the south side of the community college, NW side of College Road and Reiver Lane “T” intersection. b. ICN Splice MS1301-B handhole on the southeast corner of E. Kanesville Blvd.& College Rd. c. ICN Splice MS1301-C on the southwest corner of College Road and Circle Drive o ICN shall light the fiber or wavelength between Council Bluffs and Farnam.
