Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials required to clean and/or inspect the sanitary sewer pipe sections designated by the City. WPCP staff will assist the Contractor(s) in locating access points and/or cleanout locations for the pipe segments as needed. The work outlined in this contract shall be done as follows: 1. The Contractor is required to obtain all local, state or federal licenses and/or permits necessary to complete this work. The Contractor shall not be charged for any permits issued by the City of Davenport or from the Iowa Department of Transportation. 2. The Contractor is responsible for any damage to City owned or maintained facilities and/or equipment while engage in performing this work. 3. The Contractor shall follow all applicable OSHA regulations and perform the work in a safe manner. The Contractor shall also follow all safety policies and protocols outlined by the WPCP staff. 4. No part of any work performed under this contract may be subcontracted out to other contractors or individuals not included and covered by the Contractor’s insurance. 5. The Contractor shall provide their own tools, personal protective equipment, ladders, scaffolding, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as needed to perform the work assigned under this contract.
