Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to add a chemical building addition that will house a relocated sodium hydroxide and fluoride bulk storage, day tank, and dosing equipment. The addition also has an electrical room which houses new MCC and VFDs for the replacement of 3 existing high service pumps with 2 new larger 150 horsepower vertical turbine high service pumps. Project also includes replacement of lime slaker, carbon dioxide feed panel, chemical feed pumps, chemical storage tanks, and replacement of valves, sensors, and electrical equipment to different Plant processes to bring the Plant into automatic operation via SCADA, together with related subsidiary and incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications. SCADA programming and new controls and panels are required and shall be coordinated with the Phase I systems integrator.
