Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mobilization to site, setup equipment and trucks as necessary; Furnish, install, and remove test pump equipment, including Rossum Sand content meter; Set up sediment capture system, i.e. sandbags or other method to capture sand from entering the storm sewer system; Perform 24HR test pumping; Obtain any necessary discharge permits; 2300 gpm, 7 Stage, Size 18 replacement vertical turbine pump, installed to a proposed well depth of 280FT (subject to final confirmation), with min. TDH of 231FT.; 300 HP, 1200RPM, 2300 volt, 3-phase, 60 cycle replacement motor, installed. Final motor HP and RPM to be determined based on pump test capacity.; Re-condition the discharge head, replace bronze bearing and packing gland, and discharge gasket.
