Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the West Central Park Avenue Division and Marquette St Intersection Improvements Project. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the existing pavement, full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reconstruction of the intersections with a PCC rigid pavement section, traffic signal replacement at the Marquette Street intersection, removal and replacement of pedestrian signals at the Division Street intersection, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and sodding, and erosion control.
