Specifications include, but are not limited to: The extent of work on this project includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvement generally described as follows: roadway, sidewalk, and driveway pavement removal and replacement, water main and services construction, storm sewer removal and reconstruction, subdrain and storm sewer service stub construction, temporary traffic control and detouring, grading and compost amended topsoil, sediment and erosion control, seeding and hydromulching, signage, and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. The project includes approximately 1,724 SY of pavement removal, 1,594 SY of PCC pavement, 130 SY of PCC sidewalk, 450 LF of RCP storm sewer with 270 LF with full aggregate backfill, 6 storm structures, 267 LF of PVC subdrain with 2 cleanouts, 8 sump pump service stubs, 360 LF of 8” water main, 1 salvaged fire hydrant, 4 water services, 220 lbs. of DIP fittings, 0.2 acres of seeding, and 750 LF of filter socks.
