Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Living room window – East side of the house. Measures approximately 121”x64”. Replace with single hung, vinyl white windows 2. Dining room window – West side of the house. Measures approximately 96.5” x 64”. Replace with single hung, vinyl white windows 3. Basement windows – North side of the house. Two sets of windows measuring approximately 91.75” x 27.75”. Replace with awning, vinyl white windows. There is known wood rot on these windows that will need repaired. 4. Basement window – North side of the house. One awning window measuring approximately 45.5” x 27.75”. Replace with awning, vinyl white windows. 5. Kitchen window – West side of the house. Measures approximately 39”x40”. Replace with single hung, vinyl white windows. 6. Install new trim to interior and exterior of windows. 7. Repair area around windows with that sustained damage from water. 8. Appropriately seal replacement windows to prevent water damage. 9. Clean up of work area and disposal of material will be the responsibility of the vendor
