Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Windows will be cleaned once a year • Windows are to be cleaned inside and outside, unless otherwise noted, including doors, side lights, and transoms • Window framing shall be included as part of the cleaning procedure • Cleaned windows shall be left clean and free of any spots, streaks or residue • Vendor shall furnish and operate all equipment required for window cleaning • Vendor shall perform all work safely and in accordance with, but not limited to: Manufacturer's recommendations, OSHA, ADA, NFPA, BOCA, MUTCD, UBC and EPA regulations. All materials and solutions used in cleaning must be free of harmful ingredients or chemicals that could possibly stain, mar, pit, or anyway harm the metal mullions or its finish • Vendor must contact Facilities Maintenance for final inspection at time of project completion • Vendor must be able to simultaneously complete the window cleaning at the Skybridge, River Center Ramp, Harrison Ramp, Redstone Ramp, and GTC in the three-week window prior to Bix Race Weekend, held the last Saturday in July. Work cannot be completed more than three weeks prior to the Bix 7 race, and must be completed on or by the Thursday before Bix 7 race day • Vendor shall include in their pricing for each location the removal of more difficult stains such as; paint, tar, oxidation, lime/calcium leakage, gum labeling glues, over spray of pesticides, and any other stain or blemish.
