Table microphones for round table discussions, used instead of passing around one handheld microphone. 3. Microphone stands: Adjustable desk-type microphone stands with short booms to place microphones close to the Commissioners and staff (10) and tall boom stands for public comment and Department staff/lectern (2). 4. Direct inject for remote location input and PowerPoint/DVD audio. 5. PA System: consisting of 2 or more loudspeakers capable of evenly covering the audience area of meeting rooms with a capacity of 150 persons, associated power amplifier(s), speaker stands and cabling.
