Specifications include, but are not limited to: JCPRD is soliciting proposals for an annual on-call contract for the District to access as needed various materials for printing, fabrication, installation and deinstallation of history exhibits at the Johnson County Museum and Lanesfield Historic Site. Actual amounts purchased through the contract period may vary. This list is not exhaustive and non-limiting. This is an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) request for proposal. Artwork – Graphic design will be provided to the vendor via FTP. Quotes must be submitted back to the requesting JCPRD representative within five (5) business days. All artwork shall remain the property of JCPRD. Any items created by the vendor exhibits shall be property of JCPRD upon payment. Technical Consultation – The vendor may service as a technical consult for the exhibit team and use their experience and knowledge of best practices to advice exhibit team on meeting printing and fabrication needs for various exhibits. Pricing for specialty fabrication of exhibit pieces will be negotiated at time of consultation.
