This contract requires services for mowing, landscape services that include Spring/Fall clean up along with assorted chemical applications and the inspection, Spring activation, and Winterization of Irrigation System. The bidder agrees to allow the Unified Government to modify the number of locations/services and add or delete locations/services based upon the Unified Government’s needs. 7.2. The mowing frequency is separated into three areas: (Area A) Weekly mowing services for around the Environmental Services Building surrounding area. (Area B) Biweekly mowing services to Field edge. (Area C) Bimonthly mowing services of the field. A Map of the mowing areas will be provided upon site visit. 7.3. Spring/Winter clean up includes the removal of leaves, debris, trash and foreign growth. 7.4. Irrigation System needs four (4) yearly inspections, One (1) each of Spring Activation and Winterization. 7.5. The frequency of chemical/fertilizer application requirements are based on areas A, B, and C. Must be licensed in the state of Kansas for chemical application. 7.6. The frequency of any of the services may be adjusted by the Unified Government. 7.7. The proposed bid is for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools and equipment required necessary to meet the needs of the mowing, and landscaping maintenance which includes irrigation system maintenance which are identified by the Environmental Services Development. 7.8. Bidders shall visit the areas of work and shall fully inform themselves of existing conditions and limitations
