The successful bidder will be required to cut weeds, brush, grass and any other vegetation to a height of not more than six (6) inches above ground. This is to include all vegetation with a diameter of one inch or less. This work is to be performed over the entire area of each lot. All sidewalks/driveways will be swept or blown of debris after cutting. Any trees which have fallen in the right-of-way should be sent to the Landbank Supervisor immediately. 7.11. The successful bidder will be required to start mowing between April 15 and May 15. The actual date will be determined by the start of the growing season by the Landbank Division Supervisor. 7.12. Each bidder is to list the unit price of cutting a lot. 7.13. The successful bidder will be required to submit, each week, the maps which are anticipated to be completed the following week, and which map numbers were completed the previous week, by Tuesday of each week. 7.14.When a complaint is received or a performance issue arises, it must be resolved within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of payment. 7.15.Damage to property by the contractor while performing the duties of cutting the lot will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace.
