Public Meeting Broadcasting: Strategic Communications is a division of the County Administration team and is currently seeking the support of a team who can regularly staff and support the broadcasting functions of our public meetings. This includes real-time coordination with on-site staff to access the broadcasting booth and hardware, launch and check the equipment, and initiate the real-time broadcast through UGTV and YouTube Channel. The Clerk’s Office sets up the meeting Zoom calls and the Strategic Communications team provides the stream key for each of these meetings in advance of the meeting. The consultant is asked to provide a schedule of technicians and their contact information for each of the meetings as scheduled. Technicians are asked to arrive at least twenty minutes before the meeting start time to warm up the system and troubleshoot any issues. Technicians must then remain on-site until the public meeting has been fully adjourned. Supplemental Event Production: From time to time, the Unified Government also hosts additional meetings and events that may require broadcasting and/or additional videographer support at our facilities. The Unified Government will provide all event details in advance for the consultant to provide an estimate, as needed.
