Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Cleaning of the tubes including flushing the systems. • Checking the oil and send to independent laboratory for analysis, and include results in service report to Pipefitter Foreman. • Check chillers for leaks using an electronic leak detector and include results in service report to Pipefitter Foreman. • Changing of all filters. • Inspecting compressors to evaluate the operating characteristics of the chillers inspecting microprocessing controllers to ensure proper operation and checking operation of cooler and condenser flow switches. • Replace condenser water box gasket. • A report submitted electronically to the Pipefitter Foreman, for each chiller indicating findings and steps taken is a mandatory part of the chiller winter maintenance process. • Any additional repairs, as authorized by District personnel, shall be completed per the conditions of the Journeyman Pipefitter Service.
