Provide services to provide in-state support and technical assistance to community colleges, technical colleges and 4-year universities (collectively “post-secondary” institutions) who are initiating, or interested in initiating, registered apprenticeship activities and career pathways. The Kansas Office of Registered Apprenticeship would like to promulgate the concept that instead of a degree leading to a job, the job can lead to a degree, and is therefore seeking assistance with a third-party, technical expert to engage post-secondary administration, faculty and staff to implement effective activities with the goal to promote the concept, implementation, and execution of job-embedded, post-secondary certification and/or degree pathways that will lead to high-quality careers.
