The selected consultant/company will deliver the following services: 1. Comprehensive IT Infrastructure Assessment ▪ Evaluate the condition and performance of servers, workstations, and network devices. ▪ Assess the functionality and compatibility of software applications. ▪ Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities, including unauthorized access risks, outdated security protocols, and data backup deficiencies. ▪ Explore and document additional IT challenges and inefficiencies not initially identified. 2. Recommendations for IT Modernization and Security Enhancements ▪ Provide a detailed report outlining: o Necessary upgrades to hardware and software. o Scalable solutions for future growth. o Cybersecurity improvements, including multi-factor authentication, firewalls, and disaster recovery solutions. ▪ Recommend cloud-based or hybrid solutions where appropriate. 3. Implementation Oversight and Assistance ▪ Assist with the selection, procurement, and deployment of hardware and software solutions (note: hardware and software purchases will be managed separately and are not part of this RFP). ▪ Provide system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting support. ▪ Ensure seamless integration of new systems with minimal disruption to operations. 4. Additional Services ▪ Develop a comprehensive IT policy document, including cybersecurity protocols. ▪ Deliver staff training on new systems and cybersecurity best practices. ▪ Create detailed documentation for all implemented solutions and workflows. ▪ Recommend a plan for ongoing IT maintenance and support services.
