LMHA is seeking legal services, on an as-needed basis, for consultation and guidance related to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. These services may include, but are not limited to: • Represent LMHA in any negotiations or disputes with HUD. • Identify regulatory, statutory, and other legal concerns or issues that must be addressed at LMHA as related to HUD. • Provide LMHA with guidance and interpretation related to changes in federal statutes, regulations, and guidance publications. • Counsel LMHA on working with various levels of HUD to prioritize LMHA projects and objectives. • Provide analysis and guidance for HUD related matters when prompted by LMHA. • Provide any other legal services related to HUD requested by LMHA.
