Specifications include, but are not limited to: In collaboration with the Louisville Water communication team, and based on existing data, research, customer personas, etc., the Contractor must build, design, and launch a robust, modern, user-friendly website by the end of 2021. To be considered successful, the Contractor shall (but not limited to): 1. Incorporate all items from the Louisville Water “Scope of Work; 2. Review third-party research recommendations (Exhibit A) and incorporate findings into the build; 3. Integrate needed Louisville Water software such as bill pay portal, GIS systems, and other internal data feeds (supported by third-party vendors); 4. Website must include a customer login option from the homepage, and this must sync with internal data systems (more info in additional details below); 5. Website must include a customer service / customer chat option systems (more info in additional details below); 6. Develop a content management plan taking into consideration content types, publisher’s needs, and user requirements. Define taxonomy, content processes and workflow; 7. Provide guidance on and implement a CRM or CMS tool (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) (more info in additional details below);
