The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to seek a qualified company to repair and/or replace the concrete as indicated in this RFB and on the maps. The listed concrete projects include, new concrete, concrete repairs, and replacements projects along with the striping necessary. This is a prevailing wage project. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the building(s) and ancillary on and off site amenities in a fully installed and operable condition including all utility and site work and obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work: Construction related to the removal and replacement of two HVAC ERV units. Existing units are on the roof. One new unit will be located on an existing roof area and the second unit located on grade next to the existing building. Work will include removal and replacement of interior ceiling finishes to allow for installation of new HVAC duct work, piping, and control wiring, Pre-Engineered metal building framing, Demolition of existing door and installation of new in a different location, Light gauge metal framing, Sheathing and air barrier, Carpentry, waterproofing, dampproofing, caulking, Interior finishes, Mechanical, plumbing and electrical, and Sitework.
