1) Trench Drains and Oil Water Separators – Inspection Scheduled – EACH – complete all tasks on the attached checklist. a. Vendor at request of District shall complete all tasks on the attached checklist. b. Vendor shall flush clean water thru the system by beginning on the building’s interior and proceeding to the point of discharge to verify proper operation of the Oil & Water Separator. c. Vendor shall include an inspection report/checklist to the District for each site where inspection/ work was preformed along with the Invoice. The Delivery Order will provide list of District chosen locations to maximize productivity. It is recommended that Districts request this service annually for all locations prior to beginning of snow and ice operations (November 1). Upon receipt of the delivery order vendor shall be responsible for scheduling services at the KYTC Facilities within the specified district. (see Attachment F) 2) Trench Drains and Oil Water Separators – Unscheduled Troubleshoot – EACH - Vendor shall respond to an unscheduled need / clogged drain and troubleshoot the problem. a. Vendor at request of District shall schedule with KYTC Staff a site visit to include the removal of any existing fluid or fluids that may exist standing in floor trench/floor drain/Oil & Water Separator – system. b. Vendor shall flush and clean water thru the system by beginning on the building’s interior and proceeding to the point of discharge from the Oil & Water Separator to remove any clogs, sludge, and backups that may exists. Vendor’s goal to assure proper operation of system once cleaned c. Vendor, after cleaning and assuring proper functioning of system, shall recharge the Oil & Water Separator (refill with clean water) to assure the systems ability to function as designed. d. Vendor shall include an inspection report/checklist to the District for each site where inspection/ work was preformed along with the Invoice.
