Specifications include, but are not limited to: On behalf of the University of Louisville Research Foundation (ULRF), the Department of Purchasing requests proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible Transcription Service firms to assist the University of Louisville, Weisskopf Child Evaluation Center (WCEC) and The Systematic Treatment of Autism and Related Disorders (STAR) Program. The university reserves the right to award multiple contracts through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Therefore, it is not required that a firm be capable of providing for the entire university volume. However, any minimum volume requirements or discounts for higher volume should be included in your response. Additionally, any established contracts from this RFP process may be extended for use to other University departments.
