Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority intends to grant to a qualified and responsible Proposer, the exclusive right and privilege, with certain exceptions as noted in the Agreement, to operate, manage and make certain improvements, at the successful Proposer’s sole expense, first-class, high-quality parking management and shuttle bus operation services in certain designated areas at the Airport for a term of five (5) years, commencing on the Commencement Date of the Agreement; provided, the Authority is seeking an exemption from the Federal Aviation Administration to enter into a long-term exclusive Agreement. If the Authority receives such exemption, the Agreement shall be for a term of 10 years.
