Provide all construction services necessary to renovate the 1st floor of the Nelson County Old Courthouse per the plans (Located at One Court Square, Bardstown, KY), improvements to the basement and replace the HVAC system per the plans for the building. Necessary Architectural/Engineering services required for Building renovation shall be provided by the Contractor, supply of all materials required, all necessary demolition, painting, interior walls construction, floors, doors & ceilings construction, lighting, plumbing, electrical/phone/internet/computer wiring, mechanical heating and air condition work required, all clean up associated with the project, and other incidental work necessary for the proper design and renovation of the Nelson County Old Courthouse 1st Floor, basement improvements and HVAC in accordance with these contract documents.
