There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at
10:00A.M. in the Engineering Conference Room located at the Municipal Building, 2nd
Floor, 620 Benton Road, Bossier City, LA. All prospective bidders shall be present at
the beginning of the pre-bid conference and shall remain in attendance for the
duration of the pre-bid conference. Any prospective bidder who fails to attend the
conference or remain for the duration shall be prohibited from submitting a bid for the
project.
