Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The web design contractor shall develop an overall plan for the site layout and buildout to work in conjunction with the overall rebranding of the agency. • There should be research done and shared on similar-sized housing agencies which are successfully implementing the mixed-income blueprint digitally and what their website layout and online offerings look like. There should be an inventory or comparison of what HANO is doing on its website in comparison to Best-in-Class by other agencies – and then those appropriate suggestions recommended by the contractor. • Suggested implementation plan of website design implementation, timeline of when various parts of site will be down for programming, department contacts to work with in order to get information updated on appropriate sites, dark site creation and then timing of go-live to correspond with branding publicity kick-off. • Suggestions should be made of how to maintain and integrate the various portals on the hano.org website. The portals currently include: myhousing.com, vendor signup portal, landlord portal, and employee portal. Consider whether there should also be a Board of Commissioners portal, and any other portals as dictated by Best-in-Class housing industry standards. • Integration will need to be made of the design/look of home page and all other pages for the hano.org website for rollout based on what the rebranding marketing agency is providing to the web design contractor.
