Task #1: NEPA Environmental Review Services The contractor should be able to perform NEPA environmental reviews (24 CFR Part 58) for D-CDBG funded projects and programs. Generally, this task includes the following: 5) Conducting all levels of NEPA environmental reviews for D-CDBG and CDBG-NDR funded programs and their award recipients. The contractor shall determine the level of clearance required for the program/project on an as needed basis, according to 24 CFR Part 58. The contractor shall conduct the environmental reviews (including the publication of notices) for all activities on an as needed basis according to the level of clearance. 6) Consulting with all required reviewers, agencies and staff regarding the receipt of all necessary documents and permits for compliance resolution. 7) Assisting CNO-OCD’s ECU with responding to comments. 8) Coordinating with the CNO-OCD and State of LA-OCD. The contractor shall consult with, follow all guidance provided by, and report regularly to CNOECU and other interested agencies.
