This pricing will only be used for unforeseen change orders for deteriorated decking. Contractor shall be responsible for confirming all dimensions, areas, and quantities. All amounts listed are approximate and must be verified by the bidder. If manufacturer specifications exceed minimum requirements listed, the manufacturer specifications shall be followed. Roofing system materials shall meet all MFG requirements for warranty. Roof shall be installed to one-hundred thirty mile per hour (130 mph) wind rating at a minimum. Contractor shall use a minimum of six (6) nails per shingle shall be used. Flashing shall be lapped by contractor a minimum of two inches (2”). Contractor shall remove and dispose of three (3) digital satellite systems (not currently in service). Contractor shall detach and reset five (5) power attic metal vent covers. Contractor shall tear off, haul and dispose of approximately one hundred sixty (160) squares of three (3) tab shingles. Contractor shall install roofing felt – approximately one hundred sixty (160) square synthetic underlayment. Contractor shall install approximately six hundred thirty three linear feet (633 lf) of new R&R (Rebutted/Rejointed) drip edge to match existing around entire building. Contractor shall install approximately six hundred thirty three linear feet (633 lf) of asphalt starter- universal starter course. Contractor shall install five hundred sixty three linear feet (563 lf) of R&R Hip/Ridge cap – Standard profile – composition shingles or equal. Contractor shall install one hundred twelve linear feet (112 lf) of R&R Continuous ridge vent- shingle over style. Contractor shall install one hundred twelve linear feet (112 lf) of R&R Aluminum sidewall/end wall flashing – Mill finish or equal. Contractor shall install one (1) R&R Chimney flashing – large approximately thirty two inches by sixty inches (32”x 60”). Contractor shall install four (4) R&R Exhaust caps – through roof- six inches to eight inches (6” to 8”). Contractor shall install approximately seven hundred square feet (700 ft2) of Ice and Water barrier. Contractor shall install six (6) liner feet of step flashing. Contractor shall install seven (7) R&R Flashing – pipe jacks – lead.
